To honor those who have lost their lives at sea and to pray for sailors and crewmen in the maritime industry, the Blessing of the Fleet is the best way to honor the past, present, and future of what has sustained coastal Maine since the beginning.
Antique Boat Parade | Tuesday, June 26 | 3 p.m.
Over 40 antique boats will form a parade into the Boothbay Harbor. This parade of boats is perfect for the antique boat-lover. Watch the parade from the harbor and enjoy these unique boats!
Pirates of the Dark Rose | Tuesday, June 26 – Wednesday, June 27
From puppet shows to reenactments to sword fights, these pirates aren’t playing around! Aboard the Must Roos, they invite you to check out the ship! This fun time is perfect for the kids and is the ideal way to make great vacation memories!
Parade of Sail | Wednesday, June 27 | 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Parade of Sail is your best chance to view The Windjammers gathered off of Cabbage Island and into Boothbay Harbor. From 1 p.m. on, the ships will glide into the harbor at full sail, forming a parade of magnificent sails for all to see.
Street Parade | Wednesday, June 27 | 4 p.m.
The fun Windjammer Days Street Parade sees folks from Boothbay Harbor don costumes aboard floats to commemorate the festival. If you love a good parade, this parade is for you!
Windjammer Days Fireworks | Wednesday, June 27 | 9:15 p.m.
Above the masts of the Windjammers, incredible fireworks light up the sky! Find a seat at your favorite restaurant or stake out a seat on the shore. You don’t want to miss this amazing display!
Tug of War Across the Harbor | Saturday, June 30 | 5 p.m.
This 700-foot tug of war battle sees teams on either side of the harbor tugging it out! Join a team or watch from the footbridge in the middle of town for the best view!
Lighted Boat Parade | Saturday, June 30 | 9 p.m.
View the most elaborate lighted boats and cheer for your favorite during the lighted boat parade!
