Nestled among the pines along Maine’s coastline, Linekin Bay Resort went through a transformative renovation and expansion during the 2023/2024 off-season. Known for rustic charm and breathtaking views of Linekin Bay, we embarked on the largest capital investment project to date. The ultimate goal is always to enhance the guest experience on every level. Modern amenities seamlessly blend with the resort’s coastal classic Maine vibe, ensuring a balance between comfort and nature.

• New Restrooms with ADA access
• Expansion of the Deck Bar & Grill outdoor seating

With new 2024 property renovations, we’ve also taken a look at our resort offerings and added a few amenities that guests can come to expect when visiting Linekin Bay Resort. Find a list below of existing and new amenities for the 2024 season:

• In-room Keurig and K-Cups
• Wireless internet access
• Choice of daily newspapers utilizing our Press Reader mobile application
• Complimentary EV charging stations
• Coming in 2024: On site barrel sauna and fitness center
• Water activities including our oceanside heated outdoor pool and complimentary use of our canoes and kayaks, rowboats, paddleboards, fishing equipment, and fleet of Rhodes 19 and Lightning sailboats (sailing instruction available seasonally for an additional fee)
• Complimentary scheduled boat rides throughout the week on a Southport 30
• Land activities including tennis and pickleball, volleyball, basketball, cornhole and other lawn games, ping pong, and board games
• Seasonal organized activities and wellness programming
• Rainy day activities:
  • Complimentary access to the Boothbay Harbor YMCA including therapy and lap pools, indoor track, cardio room, weight room and basketball courts
