General Policies

Valid credit card required to guarantee reservation and check in. Must be 21+ to check into the Resort. Check-in is 4:00pm to 8:00pm with self check-in after 8:00pm. Breakfast is served in Main Lodge daily from 7:30am–9:30am and is complimentary for all resort guests. Rates are based on double occupancy, check-in date, and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. Totals are estimated based on number of guests, current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay. Additional guests, and or children will be charged to your accommodation based on the number of guests selected. The pet fee (if applicable) will be charged to your stay upon check-in with the Front Desk.

Additional Guest/Child – Rates and Policy

Children ages 0-3 stay for FREE. During our Bed & Breakfast season, children ages 4-12 will incur an additional charge of $25 per night per child. During our All-Inclusive season, children ages 4-12 will incur an additional charge of $95 per night per child. During our Bed & Breakfast season, age 13+ will incur an additional charge of $50 per night. During our All-Inclusive season, age 13+ will incur an additional charge of $160 per night.

Deck Bar & Grill

Our waterfront restaurant and bar is open to the public and to resort guests daily from 11:30am–9pm. Food and beverages served at the Deck Bar & Grill are not included in the all-inclusive meal plan, but may be charged to your room.

Dining Room (All Inclusive Season)

Shirts and shoes must be worn in the dining room at all times. No bathing suits are allowed. Menu service times are as follows:

  • Breakfast Menu 7:30am – 9:30am
  • Lunch Menu 12:00pm – 2:00pm
  • Dinner Menu 5:30pm – 9:00pm

Guarantee Policy

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm bed and breakfast reservations and will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm all-inclusive reservations and will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

While on property, if you choose to “hold” an all-inclusive reservation upon check-out for the following season, a $200 hold fee will apply to initiate a “hold reservation” and will be charged to your credit card upon check-out.

If you book a non-refundable, Advance Purchase Rate, 100% of the rate will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. Advance Purchase Rates require 21 day advance purchase. Full payment taken at the time of booking. No refunds, changes, or cancellations may be made after booking.

Cancelation Policy

Bed & Breakfast Season

If you cancel your bed and breakfast reservation more than 14 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee of $35 dollars per reservation. Cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival during bed & breakfast season will not be refunded.

All-Inclusive Season

If you cancel your all-inclusive reservation 45 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit and any hold reservation amount taken, minus a cancellation fee of $35 dollars per reservation. All-inclusive cancellations that occur within 45 days of arrival will not be refunded the deposit or any hold reservation amount taken.

Advance Purchase

Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins, guest rooms and lodges. Smoking may occur in designated areas only – the main parking lot by the Welcome Center and the parking lot behind Main Lodge.


Our Pet-Friendly Cabins In Boothbay Harbor

Linekin Bay Resort offers pet-friendly cabins that allow one dog per cabin. To make arrangements for your pet, bookings must be made prior to arrival in conjunction with reservations. Pets are welcome at Linekin Bay Resort for an additional fee of $25 per night, per pet. Our pet-friendly accommodations include our Rustic Cabins.

Pet Policy

Linekin Bay Resort is a pet-friendly resort. Please note, when you bring a pet and stay in one of our Pet Friendly cabins, $25 dollars per night per pet will be charged to your stay upon check-in with the Front Desk. We do not require a security deposit, but any damage or injuries caused by pets is the responsibility of the pet owners. Pets are required to be leashed in public areas on the property and should be supervised at all times. We do not permit dogs on the playing field, front lawn, or the pool area.
